Secretly, I was hoping for a synchronized swimming event with friendly neighbour Honey Pot (although not sure if she's still around) after you fell in. ;)Hope it cools down. One thing I do not miss about Ontario - humidity.
I could have used that on Tuesday. 'Cept all I have is a sprinkler.
Your video is private. WHY CAN'T I WATCH YOUR VIDEO, DALE???
She's still around although I've moved Allison so she's not quite so close. That's a great idea though, the synchro!I hope someone at least was kind enough to turn the hose on you MnMom!Sorry BeckEye, I'd changed the privacy settings, you should be able to see it now.
I also remember the oppressive Ontario heat and humidity well! You probbaly need mini-pools on every street corner and bus stop jsut to keep you cool.
hey at least you took off your shoes
It can be oppressive but the mini-pools make it all worthwhile Westcoast Walker!Very observant AC'63! I took off my shoes and thankfully remembered to take my wallet out of my pocket. It could have been a lot uglier!
Ah, the good ol' Nestea plunge.
It was much more refreshing than Nestea though Beckeye!
You look remarkably unsweaty for a 43 degree walk! Must be all that good clean living you do.
Be glad I don't have an HD camera Barbara. That little laugh at the start was completely involuntary. A couple of more minutes and my whole face would have melted off before your eyes. It's been quite a bit cooler here from about an hour after I had my pool bath.
I hope you did that in one take. Otherwise, you'd have a lot of soggy clothes on your hands.
I might be all wet most of the time anyway X. Dell but I did it in one take. I might have had better production values if I'd thought it through.
Despite your convenient conversion in the tags, my brain refuses to comprehend 46 as a temperature that is hot.
That's okay Evil Genius, I refuse to comprehend you American types. Sometimes. When it's convenient.
I put Canada on my list of places to love to because I thought things like heat and humidity didn't happen there. I can't believe you live in Canad and own a pool. That's depressing me, Dale.
Don't be depressed Genn - I only get to use it for about 2 months and then we freeze our asses off again. What you need is Vancouver, oh wait, they're still cleaning up after the hockey riots. We've got it all here! Thankfully, the country's big enough for pockets of perfection all over the place.
Riots?? Sounds like my kinda place!! Too bad it's hockey and not soccer, but soccer on ice might be acceptable.
I wish I had a swimming pool. Of course here in Iowa winter lasts about 19 months on average...
Sorry to say but the riots are over Genn, just clean up and the Royal Couple in the news now! We're luckier here Chris, we get only abput 18 months of winter on average. It really makes a difference!!
That was inpsiring Dale. It's 103 today here in Texas, wait, did I say today? All week, all month, all summer apparently - I have to wait until next summer, when we've found our dream house with in ground pool before I take the after work fully clothed plunge.
Hey Laydy! We're back 'in heat' here too! If you need any style tips when you get your pool, please let me know and I'll try and develop some!
Give me an inch, and I'll take a mile.
Sans, you kill me! Luckily, I am indestructible! Thanks for the awesomeness that is you!
