Dale sweetie, there are six songs.

I LOVE Poe and I like Sinead O'Connor. Bjork I admire and fear in the same way I admire and fear Margaret Atwood. The other bands, I'm not so sure about, and I don't know those specific songs. I'll try to track them down and get back to you soon.

But if you can't like "I Feel Loved" by Depeche Mode (a catchy pop tune about the dark night of the soul! What could be more dance-able?) "Not a Virgin" by Poe, "Our Secret Garden" by Peter Murphy, "Mad World" by Tears for Fears and "Close to Me" by the Cure, then I might have to break up with YOU.

Look I put up as many songs as there are fingers on my hand. So that's five right? Har har. I could have picked about 100 but those few lately have me where they want me.

Poe is to be LOVED. I had thought about Not A Virgin but opted for Wild because the ride lasts a bit longer. The Haunted CD is really something that I never tire of.

The Tears For Fears & Cure choices were good and have always been there for me.

Thanks for the Peter Murphy song though. I had lost touch with him a long time ago and it's a great tune to get me thinking again.

I Feel Loved is a great song and could make even a non-dancer get up there. No challenge there.

I really admire Sinead and if she could get it together and focus a little more...

Bjork I find a little bit frightening too and keep her on my brilliant list just in case she hears I've taken her off of it. She's a lot hipper than I am but I love her. Hi Bjork.

She is, isn't she? I admire the fact that she only releases a few truly great albums, instead of a lot of OK ones.

The title of my blog comes from a line from "Not a Virgin": "Tell me something dangerous and true." It's a nice request.

Ah yes, your blog title. Now I can hear her voice and yours.

Poe had mucho trouble I believe with her record company causing some issues with her getting back into the studio and I'm hoping that she'll grace us again.

Haunted is appropriately named for several reasons.

Dangerous and true: too much marzipan = sore belly.
