I've seen this before, but it's no less impressive on a second viewing. It's not just the movements, but there seems to be an expressiveness about the marionette.
When I saw it, I thought that maybe Bjork was behind it but then I didn't see her there or in front of it either. It's really quite something. What I like a lot is the crowd gathered watching and although spooky, when they ride her arms and look up at her, it's quite magical.
I am always amazed at the talent and dedication that is involved in a project like this. How long do you think it took to build all of it and then to perfect all the movement?

That was really interesting!
If you squint your eyes while watching she looks totally real!
Now I want a striped tongue, too!!!

Glad you liked it Jin. You could bake yourself a new tongue couldn't you?
There's a definite expressiveness X. Dell and it's fascinating to watch.

I thought of Bjork, too.

A project like this? It only took about a minute to find the video, post it and then, oh sorry, you mean the marionnette, of course.
I don't know Tenacious but it looked like quite an exercise didn't it? Lots of people to get her up and at it.
very cool video. The singing reall adds to the effect.
I agree with you CL. I wonder if they had it playing while she went on her walk.
